Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 18 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 2.00 per 30 minutes.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 25.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
